These terms govern use of Golf Gear Lab (https://golfgearnote.com/, "the site") and the video channels and social accounts it runs, such as YouTube and TikTok (together, "the site and its channels"). By using the site and its channels, you agree to these terms.

1. How information is handled

The content of the site and its channels is general information based on figures published by the makers and on the author's own calculations and judgment. Numbers are as of the date checked and may change afterward. Before buying or adjusting equipment, check the maker's latest official information. Calculated values are rough guides and do not promise the same result.

2. Advertising

3. Videos, audio and images

Video narration on the site and its channels uses synthesized voice. Some images are made with AI, and where so, the description says so. They are not product photos of any particular maker.

Copyright in the text, diagrams and videos of the site and its channels belongs to the site's operator. Please don't repost or copy beyond the scope of quotation.

5. Prohibited acts

Use that violates law or public order, acts that interfere with running the site and its channels, and acts that infringe the rights of third parties are prohibited.
