When I pick a putter, I look at head weight as much as shape. But not many makers publish it. PING is the exception, and it publishes official head weight for every model. The numbers come from the Ping Golf Japan official site.

Bottom line: how I'd choose

If you like a heavier head, start with the OSLO 3 or CRAZ-E. If you like lighter, start with the ANSER. Even within SCOTTSDALE, the ANSER is 345g and the CRAZ-E is 370g, a 25g gap.
Prices come in three tiers: SCOTTSDALE ¥44,000, PLD MILLED ¥66,000, SCOTTSDALE TEC ¥71,500.
Decide shape and weight first, then pick the tier by budget. In that order, it should be hard to go wrong.

Putters: head weight published for every model

In the putter article, I wrote that many major brands don't publish head weight. PING is the exception: it publishes official head weight for every model.
