Look for putters on Dunlop's official site and Cleveland putters show up alongside XXIO. That's because Dunlop sells both in Japan. Prices come in three tiers, ¥19,800, ¥30,800 and ¥41,800, and the middle tier has a model with an unusual center-of-gravity placement.

Bottom line: how I'd choose

For a first putter, or one to try a shape, the HB SOFT 2 (¥19,800) is enough.
The build that interests me is the Frontline Elite (¥30,800), with its center of gravity toward the face. Its direction drifts less on off-center hits, so it suits players whose aim goes off on short putts.
The XXIO Blade Putter (¥41,800) also comes in a ladies' version at 31 and 32 in.

Dunlop also sells Cleveland putters in Japan. Prices fall into three tiers.

The HB SOFT 2's ¥19,800 is the lowest price tier among the putters of the 6 makers I checked this time. It suits a first purchase of 1 club, or when you want to try out a shape.

The Frontline Elite is a putter built on putting the center of gravity toward the face, the opposite design to the many mallets that put the weight at the back. Read my putter article too.

FAQ

What's different about the Frontline Elite?

It puts more than 30 g of tungsten in the face and adds a weight at the front of the sole, pulling the center of gravity toward the face. That's the opposite idea from the many mallets that put weight at the back, and it's designed so the face direction drifts less on off-center hits.

Does Dunlop publish putter head weight?

The official pages don't list head weight. Loft of 3° and lie angle of 70° are common to all models.
