Bottom line: how I'd choose
The higher the number, the larger the head and the stronger the loft. The 7-iron is 33° on the T100, 32° on the T150, 30.5° on the T250 and 29° on the T350.
If you struggle to launch the ball, put the T250 Launch Spec (35° 7-iron) on your list.
The 620 MB and CB from 2019 are also still on the official list at ¥132,000 for 5 clubs. But the MB is a muscle back, so it isn't a club to choose just because it's cheap.
Irons: the T-SERIES share a price of ¥178,200 for 6 clubs
| Model | Release date | Construction | 7-iron loft | PW loft | 6-club set (incl. tax) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|

| Aug 22, 2025 | Forged (slightly larger head than the T100) | 32° | 44° | ¥178,200 (#5 to P) | |
| Aug 22, 2025 | One-piece steel hollow-body | 30.5° | 43° | ¥178,200 (#5 to P) | |
| Sep 18, 2025 | Same construction as the T250, with a head about 6g lighter | 35° | 47 degrees | ¥178,200 (#5 to P) | |
| Aug 22, 2025 | Hollow steel (largest head) | 29° | 43° | ¥178,200 (#6 to P, W48) | |
| 620 CB | Aug 30, 2019 | Forged soft iron, cavity | 34° | 47 degrees | 5 clubs ¥132,000 (#6 to P) |
| 620 MB | Aug 30, 2019 | Forged soft iron, muscle-back | 35° | 47 degrees | 5 clubs ¥132,000 (#6 to P) |
In the T-SERIES, from T100 to T150 to T250 to T350, the head gets larger and the 7-iron loft gets stronger (33°, 32°, 30.5°, 29°). The T100 and T150 are forged, the T250 and T350 hollow. Because the prices are all the same, Titleist also recommends mixed sets that use different models by club.
The T250 Launch Spec carries the same T250 name but has a 7-iron 4.5° weaker (30.5° to 35°). When you buy a used club listed only as "T250", always check which one it is.
The 620 MB and 620 CB, released in 2019, are also still on the official list as of Sep 2026. They are 5-club sets ¥30,000 to ¥40,000 cheaper than the T-SERIES.
